Infineon and Advanced TeleSensors Sign Partnership Agreement

Advanced TeleSensors (ATS) and Infineon Technologies AG, a global semiconductor solutions company (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) inked a partnership agreement that enables Infineon to develop ATS’s Cardi/o® sensors, the “Over-The-Air” (OTA) Vital Signs Monitor that captures heart rate, respiratory rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and motion without a wearable, patch or ECG.

Infineon’s Marketing Manager for RF Products, Alzon Canilao, is thrilled with the new addition to the company’s product line. “We look to Advanced TeleSensors as the expert in RF remote sensing, and the collaboration allows us to offer new advanced solutions demanded by our customers,” says Mr. Canilao. ATS CEO, Sajol Ghoshal, agrees. “We have the best of both worlds with this partnership. Our team can focus on delivering a great product with a partner that is a leader in its class, and is opening its sales force and distribution channels to us.”

The agreement between Infineon and Advanced TeleSensors marks a milestone in the company’s growing distribution network in 2019. As ATS plans for a fourth-quarter product launch of its Cardi/o® ATX-2410 heart monitor, sales and distribution channels are laying the ground work to deliver the world’s first OTA Vitals Monitor to the general public. The OTA Vitals Monitor is a new category of wearable-free cardiac sensor in the $20B vital signs monitoring market, having broad implications with potential to transform industries.
